ABJM Amplitudes form Negative Geometry - Zhenjie Lie (SLAC)

-

Abstract: In this talk, I will review the basic idea of the polytopes/geometries of amplitudes in the quantum field theory and show that how the emergent “causal structure” in 3D kinematics produces a nice  triangulation (into negative geometries) of the four-point ABJM amplituhedron, which leads a compact integrand of logarithmic of amplitudes and makes the amplitude computable at least four-loop, and the infrared divergence only comes from the last loop integral, from which we can compute the cusp anomalous dimension of the ABJM theory. We also consider a kind of all-loop contribution of the cusp anomalous dimension from negative geometries.
